Never Too Old to Do Something New

Time for a New Years Resolution. Or maybe it's time that you just do something you've always wanted to do but thought you couldn't. We all say it, "I'm too old for that now." But you're not...

Too many of us are under the false impression that we’ve aged out of experiencing new things, challenging ourselves, or simply having fun.

Here are five tips on moving forward with the New You this year:

1. Make a list of 10 things that you want to do but think you're too old for.
2. Sort that list into 3 piles. This would make me happy if I accomplished, This would make me super happy if I accomplished, This would change my life if I accomplished.
3. Then start putting together a plan to do the ones that will change your life if you accomplished. If the ones that will make you happy are easy, do those in between. Ask a loved one to help with a plan or hold you accountable for the plan. 
4. Have fun in the process, don't stress out about the little things. Share your journey through film, photos or writing. Tell friends about it. 
5. Celebrate and live life to the absolute FULLEST. Every last drop of it.
