Dining And Nutrition At Martin Luther Campus

Excellent taste and good nutrition for older adults are important to all of those who we serve at Martin Luther Campus. Our culinary team delivers a QUALITY dining program through continued investments and research in culinary systems partnered with training to ensure the best dining experiences for those we serve.
At Martin Luther Campus, we pride ourselves on the fabulous dining experiences that we provide. The dining and culinary arts team integrate hands-on training and classroom instructional materials that impart new food preparation skills and cutting edge techniques to enhance our residents’ dining experiences. We also offer specialized diets that cater to our resident’s needs.

Our culinary team are masters at creating traditional meals as well as a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes that use low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques. We strive to use only the freshest meal, seafood, produce, herbs and spices.

Resident satisfaction is the number one priority of Martin Luther Campus. We solicit resident feedback regularly and use that information to make improvements and additions to our menu offerings. With an overall resident satisfaction of over 90 percent, it’s easy to see why mealtime is often our resident’s favorite part of the day.

We strive to offer our residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. Not only do our chefs tailor their menus to the traditional cuisine of their local area, each menu also is designed to highlight seasonal specialties.

The Community Table is an alternative seating arrangement for our residents that choose to get to know different people. Residents may reserve this table in advance to have lunch, mingle and get to know residents they do not normally sit with. Residents simply sign up and we serve them at the designated Community Table! We understand that meal time is very important to our residents and we strive to make that experience as enjoyable and beneficial as possible. Residents keep their assigned seat but can use this option as frequently as they would like. Our VISION to a healthier future is realized when we INNOVATE to provide choices for vibrant senior living.
