Great content. Age-related physiological and psychological changes put older persons at risk for health issues. This age group needs safety tips to be healthy. They may include diet and hydration monitoring, fall prevention with assistance equipment like handrails or enhanced illumination, physical activity to increase mobility and strength, and frequent medical checks.
