Martin Luther Campus Club spent the afternoon at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, learning about the life and times of Martin Luther. This of course is very near and dear to our campus. The amazing exhibition included paintings, sculptures, and works on paper, as well as Luther's personal possessions and archaeological finds.
Thank you so much to MIA for letting us spend the day with you and learning more about the great man of whom we're named after. We had a great time!

Campus Club had a very busy holiday season so we saved making lefse for the New Year.
With the help of our newest staff member at Campus Club, Amy, we were taught how to rice the mashed potatoes, roll out the dough and cook to perfection. All while using the traditional Scandinavian tools. Nummy! Worth the wait and all the hard work.
