Lisa Dunn - Lisa is a former Licensed Graduate Social worker. She's been a licensed real estate agent since 1993 and has dedicated her career to working with older adults, their families and the professionals in the industry. Lisa has earned the following designations; Certified Senior Advisor, Realtor Senior Advisor, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute. The association of Realtors hires Lisa to consult and to speak to other real estate agents about how to better serve their older adult clients.
Diane Bjorkman - For the past 35 years, Diane has been involved in innovative business ventures serving older adults in a variety of ways. She began her career in long term care and moved to management of senior housing. She developed and operated IL’s first sheltered care home for individuals with memory loss and for the past 14+ years, along with her husband has owned Gentle Transitions, a senior move management company that has been recognized nationally for its innovative senior service. Gentle Transitions assisted with over 900 moves Twin Cities wide this past year. Diane’s education includes St. Olaf College and the University of MN, where she holds a bachelors and Master’s Degree.
