The Martin Luther Campus has outstanding patient satisfaction, particularly in our Transitional Care Unit (TCU). Our campus has used an online patient survey system since 2012 called TruthPoint to gather patient feedback. Our team gathers patient info 4 days into their stay, and again shortly before they leave. Getting the information at the two points instead of just one helps our team measure much more accurately and effectively the patient's experience.
